Processing is based on the execution of the tourist rental contract and, where applicable, compliance with applicable legal obligations.

Data is kept for as long as necessary to manage your booking and thereafter for the legally required periods.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to ricosrincones@gmail.com, attaching a copy of your ID.
