Terms and Conditions

1. Parties
This agreement is entered into between RICOS RINCONES (hereinafter "the Landlord") and the booking guest (hereinafter "the Guest").
2. Purpose
The purpose is the short-term tourist rental of the selected accommodation, pursuant to applicable local regulations.
3. Duration and check-in/check-out
The stay begins on the check-in date from 16:00 and ends on the check-out date before 11:00, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Price and payment
The booking price is displayed during the reservation process and covers the accommodation for the indicated number of nights.
5. Security deposit
A security deposit is required; the amount varies by property. The Guest will receive payment instructions by email after booking confirmation.
6. Maximum occupancy
The Guest agrees not to exceed the maximum occupancy stated on the property listing.
7. Liability
The Guest is responsible for any damage caused during the stay.
8. Cancellations
Cancellation terms are detailed in the Cancellation Policy available on this portal.
9. Governing law
This contract is governed by applicable Mexican law.
