Your right to data deletion
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may request the deletion of your personal data held by RICOS RINCONES at any time.
How to request deletion
Send an email to ricosrincones@gmail.com from the address associated with your booking, with the subject "Data deletion request", attaching a copy of your ID to verify your identity. We will respond to your request within a maximum of 30 days.
What data is deleted
We will delete your full name, email address, phone number and any other personal data that we are not legally required to retain.
Legal exceptions
We cannot immediately delete data that we are legally required to keep for tax or accounting purposes (e.g. invoices and booking records), which will be retained for the minimum period required by law (5 years) and securely deleted once that period has elapsed.
Payment data
Card details are processed exclusively by Stripe Inc. and are never stored by Ricos Rincones. To delete payment data held by Stripe, you may contact Stripe directly or ask us and we will forward your request.
Complaints
If you believe your request has not been handled correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
